RAYTEL Introduces EGO Bluetooth Hands-Free Car
RAYTEL introduces a kit that would tickle every car aficionado’s fancy. Earlier, the company has rolled the red carpet for a product that is made compatible with all mobile phone-based voice commands.
The company intends to deliver superb sound quality with cutting-edge digital signal processing (DSP) technology, text-to-speech and speech-to-text technology, and a full range of built-in multimedia features including Bluetooth audio streaming (A2DP and AVRCP). The product is equipped with GPS system mated to a high-definition color touch screen. Also, EGO’s integrated professional systems are offered for reliable and consistent hands-free communication.

Ego Cup has been developed for fast and easy installation and allows the user to make and receive calls while driving. The compact cup, which fits on any car cup folder, needs to be plugged into the cigarette lighter adapter. It costs $120 (approx. Rs. 4800).
Ego Talk claims to be an intelligent, entry-level solution that enables the driver to make/receive calls and even listen to music hand-free from the comfort of the car. Supporting Bluetooth audio streaming, this product is incorporated into the car’s stereo system for high sound clarity. This retails for $170 (approx. Rs. 6800).
Ego Flash comes equipped with an ultra-sharp high definition 1.6 inch OLED display, built-in voice commands for intuitive voice recognition, and Bluetooth audio streaming. An advanced hands-free car kit, Ego Flash displays text messages on screen and provides and caller ID and phone book entries, and more. Priced at $249 (approx. Rs. 10,000).
Ego LOOK packs a 2.2-inch full-color screen to display text messages, phonebook entries and caller ID. It also crams with a wireless remote control and a menu-based operating system that delivers fast and easy access to all system features. It costs around $349 (approx. Rs. 14,000).
Ego Drive equips with full-color 4.3-inch touch screen, text-to-speech technology, Bluetooth audio streaming, MP3/video player, and GPS navigation system with 3D map view, voice prompts and TMC guides. It also boasts a multimedia center and satellite navigation system. Its estimated price is $799 (approx. Rs. 32,000).
